Late Payment Process

When a payment is not received by the due date, the following steps will be initiated:

 

  1. Initial Reminder ( 1-2 days Past due date) An automated email reminder will be sent to the client. This email will gently remind them of the outstanding payment.

  2. Follow-up Communication ( 6-7 days Past due date) If payment is still not received, a personalized email reiterating about past payment, and offering assistance with our phone numbers.

  3. Final Notice (3 Day after the last Email) A formal "Final Notice of Overdue Payment" Phone call will be placed. This notice will clearly state the outstanding amount, any accrued late fees, and the final deadline for payment before further action is taken.

  4. Close services (14-16 days Past due Date) We will cancel services and pick the bucket up on the pick up day.

 

Late Payment Fees:

Additional fees may be added if services are closed and we have to set up again.
